INSPIRATIONAL PEOPLE |
|
![]() Raymond Mannion (my husband) –
My husband is one of the hardest working and most intelligent people
I know. He enables people
with poor credit to Rent-To-Own houses.
Some of these people have had serious illnesses or a lay off
affect their credit and need help getting back on track. He gives
them this option. Ray is also
a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
He teaches students in upstate NY.
Additionally he was an expert computer programmer for years,
knows almost everything about home repairs/fix-up,
taught JHS Math in Watts, LA for 2 years, was a springboard
diver through high school and college, plays golf and finds time to
show our 2 children how much he loves them.
We have faced many hardships and he is always strong and
confident. He stayed
supportive through my chronic illness and I am so happy I am now
healthy to share lots of fun activities with him.
We celebrated 10 years married recently and I am so excited
for the next 10 & more!
Please visit his websites to find out more about him and his
wonderful businesses.

![]() Geraldine Colburn (my mom) – My mom had me when she was 18. She and my father stayed together for 9 years raising me in Brooklyn and then the Upper East Side of Manhattan, NYC. My mom worked as a bookkeeper for years and always said someday she wanted “a place in the middle of nowhere”. She now has it ½ hour from me and it is my favorite place to be – on 67 acres with no one but Mother Nature around. She is my children’s best friend and was involved in the foster care system with my step-dad after I left for college. She is compassionate, hard-working, loving, strong, funny, generous, the greatest cook ever and always looks on the good side of things. Someday I hope I can grow up to be JUST like her! : )

![]() Lloyd Campbell (my dad) – My dad was 17 when I was born. He continued college and working full time to make sure I was well taken care of. He taught me to read by the age of 2. He introduced me to computers as soon as they came out. He had me listen to musical groups before they became popular. He showed me that life does begin at 40. This is when he started lessons in tennis, flute, guitar, dance (about 5 different kinds), swimming, getting a driver’s license – nothing was impossible)! He is a TRUE New Yorker taking in with my step-mom EVERYTHING the city has to offer; restaurants, museums, concerts, parks, movies, etc. He is an avid traveler. He is a hard worker (same company 30+ years) and always there for some advice. He would do ANYTHING for his family. |
